Natalia Vianden has over 17 years’ experience in Channel Account management, developing strategic channel partners, business development, experience in channel marketing and in designing and launching Channel Partner Programs for Extreme Networks. In 2003, she undertook a Channel Sales executive role covering DACH and High Growth Markets, where she built a proven track record in channel account management, business development and channel program management. Vianden took on the responsibility to develop one of Extreme Networks’ strategic channel and alliance partners in EMEA, Avaya, in 2005 and was subsequently appointed in 2011 to Channel Director of Northern, Central and Southeast Europe (NCSE). In this role she held responsibility for indirect business as well as for partner & distribution acquisition and management. In 2012 Vianden moved into a global channel role, leading the integration of the Extreme Networks and Enterasys Partner Programs, which was launched in July 2014 - followed by further integrations with Zebra, Brocade and Avaya Partner Program transitions during 2016 and today. As Global Director of Channel Programs, she is now heading a global partner programs team at Extreme Networks that has recently launched a new unified global partner program for the new Extreme Partner Network.
